Black Hair and Braids

In honour of Black History Month, the Black Hair and Braids workshop is an opportunity to learn more about Black hair types, its history, and self care. It is also an opportunity to get your hair braided for Free! Yes free!

The Workshop will include :

  • A presentation on Black hair styles
  • An Information session on hair types and how to treat them
  • How to take care of your hair
  • Do's and Dont's for Black Hair products

 

If you are interested in getting your hair braided please e-mail or call us to register due to a limited amount of space. We also ask that you bring your own comb and hair accessories

and have a current hair length of at least 3 inches (for natural Black hair) before being stretched out.
