 Hello!

Hope you are doing well?

We were hoping that we would partner on a new initiative as the City of Toronto - Elections has added new resource tools for educators. These educational resources discuss subjects such as civic engagement, municipal services and municipal elections.

Your partnership is of great value to us and we hope that you are able to support us in communicating these great tools to the educators you work with.

We are requesting that you help us either by:

  • Placing the attached graphic onto your website starting November 1, 2011 until Feb 29, 2012 with a hyperlink to http://www.toronto.ca/elections/students-youth/index.htm . (The image is compress so when it is inserted it can be made bigger by dragging on the diagonal only. It is saved as a .PNG file so that the image quality stays intact - sometimes this does not happen.)
  • Place an announcement (Blurb provided), in your "what's new" section
  • Send information through to all of you communication systems such as newsletters, email distribution lists and/or communication tools you may have

We appreciate all of your support. If you are able to support us, please let me know, as we would like to keep a record of what methods used to distribute this information.

If you have any resources that you feel are valuable for us to add to our website, please feel free to send to us as we would love to hear about them.

Sincerely
Monika
