FROM CAMH:

Building Equitable Partnerships: Tools and Lessons Learned is a NEW resource for individuals and organizations interested in initiating, maintaining and evaluating equitable partnerships.

This resource is designed as a synthesis of practical examples and resources featured at the Building Equitable Partnerships Symposium 2008. Partnership examples contained within this document provide strategies, tips and lessons learned from practical experiences of working together to form equitable partnerships. Each featured partnership provides information about organizations and individuals involved, goals and activities, how equity is reflected, lessons learned, key partnership documents and contact information for those involved.

The resource will be useful to a broad audience, including mainstream mental health and addiction agencies, service providers, service users, policy makers and funders.
