The Job Developer is responsible for outreach to employers, arranging co-op placements for program participants, who are newcomers to Canada, and marketing them for employment in subsidized and competitive jobs upon completion of their co-op. In addition the Job Developer is responsible for monitoring the participants to support their job maintenance and retention.
