Property Manager - Trustee

Location: Waterloo Region

Seeking a volunteer to manage a triplex rental unit. Specifically requiring managing rents, rental of units (usually for September 1st), selection supervision of property maintenance personnel, co-ordination of property repairs. Discussions with the Beneficiary as well as tradespersons and/or suppliers, when necessary. Hours vary based on rental needs and repair situation. Generally, working with the Coordinator Trustee, Financial Management Trustee and the Beneficiary (defining maintenance schedule, rental situation), this position requires 5 hours/month after transition and meetings as required.
