it's been 10 years in the making but I've finally developed some theatre techniques for at risk youth and am currently looking at setting up an underground theatre scene with links to professional theatre.  It's a long term plan.  Mash Up basically uses an informal structure that goes at their pace and allows them to take control of the process with a little bit of motivation here and there.
