The ONE Initiative YouTube Video

Good day fellow go-getters!
 
I have a question for you, how would you feel about being a recipient of
a $1000 scholarship? Pretty awesome I bet! Well, the ONE (Operation No
Excuse) Initiative will be launching a symposium on February 23rd, 2012
where we will be awarding four applicants with $1000 scholarships to attend
a college, university or trade school in Ontario! How exciting is that?! If you
are interested in being one of those four recipients, please record on your
phone, webcam or camera, a video-clip sharing your experience as an African
Canadian youth explaining how and why you are taking ONE initiative to
impact and inspire your community and upload it to our YouTube channel,
ONEInitiative. Do YOU have what it takes to be one of these 4 recipients? If so,
tell us how!
 
The criteria for selecting potential candidates are as follows:
 
The individual must come from a single-parent household or
come from a low income household
• Have the initiative to pursue post-secondary education
• Has received a high school diploma or will be receiving a
diploma
