 Developing Professional and Personal Resilience Through Mindfulness

 

This is a clinical and psycho-educational program for front line staff of St. Clares and its partner organizations.

 

In this program, you will:

·       Learn the relationship between negative moods, thoughts, feelings, and behaviours

·       Learn how mindfulness practices can assist you in managing stress, anxiety, and depression

·       Learn skills to cope with difficult emotions and unhelpful behaviours

·       Learn how increasing awareness can open you to new ways of responding to work and life challenges
