Developing Professional and Personal Resilience through Mindfulness
This is a clinical and psycho-educational program for front line staff of St. Clare’s and its partner organizations.
In this program, you will:
· Learn the relationship between negative moods, thoughts, feelings, and behaviours
· Learn how mindfulness practices can assist you in managing stress, anxiety, and depression
· Learn skills to cope with difficult emotions and unhelpful behaviours
· Learn how increasing awareness can open you to new ways of responding to work and life challenges

Centre for Mindfulness Studies, 180 Sudbury Street
* All participants must have a family physician or therapist and be free from substance misuse.

Mindfulness and Mood’s Facilitators
v v Patricia Rockman, MD: Pat is a family physician with a clinical practice in mental health. She teaches healthcare professionals and has extensive experience delivering groups in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy.
v Sherry Holt, M.Ed: Sherry is a private practice Psychotherapist. Her interests have led her to study Mindfulness Meditation from a variety of sources for the past ten years, which she now incorporates in her clinical practice.
