Please find enclosed a flyer for a work shop that we organized for the Launch Financial Assistance for Families of Homicide Victims by Ministry of Attorney General. This new time-sensitive program provides financial assistance to eligible parents and spouses of victims of homicide. The homicide must have occurred in Ontario during the period January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2011. The deadline to apply for this financial support is February 29, 2012.

In this workshop we are also covering other resources and support available to the victim, witness and families of victims of critical incidents.

Please share with your colleagues, contacts and community who might be interested in attending this workshop.

Thank you
