TO BE ELIGIBLE, YOUTH MUST BE:

 Between 15 to 30 years of age (inclusive)

 Legally entitled to work in Canada

 Not be in receipt of E.I.

 Not attending full time school

 Facing multiple barriers to employment

DESIGNED TO:

 Assist youth to overcome barriers by assisting them with realistic career goal setting, effective job search techniques, resume and interview preparation.

 The program was created to assist unemployed youth find meaningful employment and to facilitate their successful integration into the current labour market.

A PROGRAM THAT WILL:

 Provide a work placement that will help youth to improve their skills, receive training and gain valuable work related experience

 Provide opportunities for youth to develop meaningful lifestyle and develop positive social interaction amongst their peers
